Development of containers and technology for the encapsulation, vehiculization and delivery of gene material and nucleoprotein combinations in the in situ gene expression

This objective proposes the fabrication of cellular automatons of gene expression within artificial vesicles obtained via microfluidics. With this aim, we will perform the encapsulation in vesicular containers (liposomes, polymers or hybrids) with high efficiencies, of the biomolecular machine that is required for the: i) amplification of the corresponding DNA to a specific genome (natural or artificial), ii) transcription as RNA, and iii) translation as proteins.
